1. How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard tracked delivery with Hermes (estimated 3-4 working days after dispatch): £3.99
  • Free untracked delivery with Royal Main 2nd class post when you buy face masks only (estimated 3-5 working days)

2. How long does it take to dispatch item?

  • We aim to dispatch your items within 1-2 working days. 
  • Please ensure you include the appropriate delivery address. If this is wrong, it can lead to delays in getting your order out.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS PLACED WITH PAYPAL ECHEQUE PAYMENT TAKE UP TO 5-7 WORKING DAYS TO CLEAR THEREFORE PROCESSING TIMES MAY BE LONGER.

3. What is the returns policy?

  • If we have unfortunately been unable to meet your needs and you would like to return an item, please contact us at sales@crowned-mane.com. Returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of your parcel. Please note that all refunds would be processed minus the cost of shipping your item back to us, unless the goods arrive to you damaged, faulty or incorrectly in which case we would provide the option of a replacement being sent out free of charge. Shipping fees paid are also non-refundable.

4. Do you ship outside the UK?

  • We only ship within the UK. We do not currently offer delivery to Inpost lockers.

5. What happens after i place my order?

  • You will receive an automated order confirmation detailing your order and the next step.
  • if you do not see this email, please check your spam folder.

6. Can i change or cancel my order?

  • No changes can be made to your order once it has been made
  • If you would like to cancel an order, please reach out to us through the 'contact us' page on the website.
  • Cancellation can only be done before the order has been despatched.

7. How can i let you know that i did not find everything i was looking for?

  • Fill the form 'What are we missing' on the main menu panel

9. My order was wrong or damaged, how do i make a complaint?

10. Why do you not have a lot more variety in hair collection?

  • We are currently working with our suppliers to bring a wide variety of gorgeous and affordable hair however due to the current situation, it’s taking a bit longer than expected. Please bear with us and keep an eye out!
