1. How much does shipping cost?
- Standard tracked delivery with Hermes (estimated 3-4 working days after dispatch): £3.99 (except for wigs)
- Standard tracked delivery with Hermes (estimated 3-4 working days after dispatch): Free (For wigs only)
2. How long does it take to dispatch item?
- We dispatch your items within 1-2 working days.
- Please ensure you include the appropriate delivery address. If this is wrong, it can lead to delays in getting your order out.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS PLACED WITH PAYPAL E-CHEQUE PAYMENT TAKE UP TO 5-7 WORKING DAYS TO CLEAR THEREFORE PROCESSING TIMES MAY BE LONGER.
3. What is the returns policy?
- If we have unfortunately been unable to meet your needs and you would like to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com. Returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of your parcel. Please note that all refunds would be processed minus the cost of shipping your item back to us (you will incur the cost of shipping the item back to us except for wigs- see below), unless the goods arrive to you damaged, faulty or incorrectly in which case we would provide the option of a replacement being sent out free of charge. Shipping fees paid are also non-refundable.
- We have a separate returns policy for wigs. We understand that you would love to see and touch the hair your are shopping for before committing to it therefore, we offer free returns in the unlikely situation that you are not happy with your wig (We are sure you would be anyway!). Please note that the wigs must be in the original packaging and not detached from the packaging, the wigs must also not be worn. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt to be able to get a full refund.
4. Do you ship outside the UK?
- We only ship within the UK. We do not currently offer delivery to Inpost lockers.
5. What happens after i place my order?
- You will receive an automated order confirmation detailing your order and tracking details
- if you do not see this email, please check your spam folder.
6. Can i change or cancel my order?
- No changes can be made to your order once it has been made
- If you would like to cancel an order, please reach out to us through the 'contact us' page on the website.
- Cancellation can only be done before the order has been despatched. PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS MAY BE DISPATCHED EARLIER THAN THE 1-2 WORKING DAYS.
7. How can i let you know that i did not find everything i was looking for?
- Fill the form 'What should we stock' on the footer menu with details of what you would like us stock. We use customer feedback to ensure we are stocking the right products.
