1. How much does shipping cost?
- Hermes Tracked Standard Delivery (estimated 3-4 working days after dispatch): £3.99 (FREE OVER £40)
- Royal Mail/DPD Tracked Standard Delivery (estimated 3-4 working days after dispatch): £6.99
2. How long does it take to dispatch item?
- All orders made on Monday- Friday before 6pm would be processed the same day EXCEPT for customised wigs. Please allow 2-4 working days for these to be plucked and customised
- All orders after 6pm would be processed the next day
All orders over the weekend would be dispatched the next working day EXCEPT for customised wigs. Please allow 2-4 working days for these to be plucked and customised.
- Please ensure you include the appropriate delivery address. If this is wrong, it can lead to delays in getting your order out.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS PLACED WITH PAYPAL E-CHEQUE PAYMENT TAKE UP TO 5-7 WORKING DAYS TO CLEAR THEREFORE PROCESSING TIMES MAY BE LONGER.
3. What is the returns policy?
- If we have unfortunately been unable to meet your needs and you would like to return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of your parcel. Please note that all refunds would be processed minus the cost of shipping your item back to us (you will incur the cost of shipping the item back to us), unless the goods arrive to you damaged, faulty or incorrectly in which case we would provide the option of a replacement being sent out free of charge. Shipping fees paid are also non-refundable.
- Please note that the sale of all customised wigs are final and these cannot be returned as they have been altered specifically for you.
4. Do you ship outside the UK?
- We only ship within the UK (excluding Ireland). We do not currently offer delivery to Inpost lockers.
5. What happens after i place my order?
- You will receive an automated order confirmation detailing your order and tracking details
- if you do not see this email, please check your spam folder.
6. Can i change or cancel my order?
- No changes can be made to your order once it has been made
- If you would like to cancel an order, please reach out to us through the 'contact us' page on the website.
- Cancellation can only be done before the order has been despatched. PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS MAY BE DISPATCHED EARLIER THAN THE 1-2 WORKING DAYS.
7. How can i let you know that i did not find everything i was looking for?
- Fill the form 'What should we stock' on the footer menu with details of what you would like us stock. We use customer feedback to ensure we are stocking the right products.
